Primely located on the Mouille Point beachfront, this worn out, old apartment was converted into a contemporary and modern home. Comprising of two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, this home was transformed into something befitting of its gorgeous surroundings.
LUXURY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Inspiration was drawn from the exclusive beachfront location and called for a sleek and modern home that didn’t detract too much from the stunning natural beauty of the views outside. An open plan living and kitchen area was designed to give a feeling of spaciousness so that there was a seamless transition from outside to inside. Exclusive Oggie flooring was used throughout the home as well as state-of-the-art appliances and Meir tapware to give it that feeling of class and luxury.
The team that executed this project were Neill Marsilio (contractor, Phase Three Development Company), Marike Cronje (architectural design). Each apartment was furnished with high-end finishes and details from only the best suppliers which included Duravit, Oggie, Modular, Taylor Blinds, Cesar Stone, Hans Grohe and Meir.
This exclusive new home is located in Mouille Point, one of the most affluent suburbs of Cape Town. Mouille Point is situated between the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and Granger Bay to the east, Green Point to the south and the Atlantic Ocean to the north and west. The suburb hugs the
coastline and is dominated by high-end apartment blocks.
Although it is a very small suburb, having only two major roads (Beach Road and Bay Road), it is home to the Mouille Point promenade, a paved promenade on the coast that is used daily by thousands of Capetonians. Behind it lies the Green Point Common where numerous playing fields and a golf course are situated and is the perfect place to take your dog for a walk in the evenings.
The expert team of builders at Phase Three ensured that this project went smoothly from start to finish. A few customisable pieces such as the round oak handle for the auxiliary cupboard were particularly tricky, but it was nothing our dedicated team could not overcome.
